The rooms were excellent, the staff very friendly and supportive - they spoke English very well. The hotel assisted us with booking of airport transfer and wehn we decided to sleep late, a call to reception ensured that our room was attended to. The location of the hotel was excellent - close to bus and tube transport. Lots of excellent shops, coffee shops, restaurants withing walking distance from the hotel.

Had a great stay. Location was very convenient. It was quiet even if there were restaurants around the hotel. Walking distance from the shopping street where you'll find good quality items for a decent price. Staff was friendly and helpful. They allowed luggage storage before the 3pm check in. Staff also spoke fluent English. Room was modern and clean.

Excellent location. Just next to airport railroad station, AREX (Hongik Univ. station Exit 5). Also a few other subway stations within short walking distance. Shopping mall downstairs and few steps away from Hongdae shopping & eating street. Room is very clean and comfortable beds. Breakfast was good.
