Great location, short walk from the the metro line and most places of interest. Excellent breakfast, comfy bed, clean rooms, very helpful staff. Luggage storage is a big bonus if you arrive (depart) early (late). I would definitely come again!

Ive stayed in a lot of hotels over the years this was THE BEST HOTEL by far, in terms of value for money, location, facilities, staff, location just PERFECT book it you will not be disappointed, 10 out of 10.     Spent several hours here at the Centeal State Museum.

    Spent several hours here at the Centeal State Museum. The tickets cost 500 tenge per person which is cheap. However, the museum is old and fatigued. There is a lot on display but not a lot of information available. One goes through the motions and does the rounds hall after hall in museum. The experience is average. The Kasteev Art museum is much, much better and time well spent.
