In this property, EVERYTHING exceeded my expectations: * The staff (who speaks English and who goes the extra mile to make their guests satisfied) * The room: it's really spacious, quiet even during daytime, spotlessly clean, with very good Wi-Fi, with a spacious bathroom as well, and with amenities that travelers seldom find in this price range, such as a safety box, several bathrobes, etc. The air-conditioning works fine... and silently. * The view from the room is truly amazing: you can see the hot air balloons floating over the river, with the beautiful mountains in the background... * The extra services provided by the hotel (laundry, tours, etc.) were organised flawlessly.

The room is large with A/C, fridge and good sized bathroom. The bed was particularly comfortable and gave me and my partner really good sleep. Location is perfect, it’s just on the outskirts of the centre of town so everything is walkable but it’s very quiet at night. Some amazing sandwich stores 2 minutes walk from hotel which made the best baguettes I’ve had in Asia ans so cheap. The restaurant nearby hotel makes the best local pizza and has an incredible view of the mountains.
