The staff in the hotel were lovely and very accommodating and helpful towards us as we arrived during the night and also had a lot of luggage that they very kindly helped us with! The rooms were perfect and clean and had air conditioning! We would definitely recommend staying here! Thanks again to the staff😃 We really enjoyed our stay😊

    Wonderful trip to see a variety of Indigenous bird & other wildlife. It’s an early start & worth setting the alarm to be collected from your accommodation & arrive early in the cooler part of the day. Our 2 guides were very friendly & proud of their lagoon; keen to impart their knowledge of the ecosystem and names of each bird, reptile & mammal spotted. I was sad to see some plastic waste in places whuc the guide assured us would be taken care of. Wondered whether instead of motorised boats, there could be a call for a more environmentally & quieter boat with a paddle instead of a 2 stroke engine. I suppose the wide distance needed to be covered to view the different variety of wildlife would be difficult to achieve in the 2 hours time allocated for the trip. Thank you for a great trip.

    This was the perfect place for our family to stay for our first 2 nights. It's set in a quiet back street not far from negombo lagoon and fish markets with a nice garden. Renuka made us feel at home and was a wonderful host. She helped us get tuk tuks, drivers, plan our itinerary, fed us a yummy breakfast and more.

    Jaya Villa is the perfect property for an airport stay over. They also arrange airport taxi pick up and drop for a small fee. Breakfast was very delicious. We slept one night there as we have arrived late to the airport, they were too kind to wait for me. We were welcome with a fresh fruit Juice and home made food also offered dinner. The room is clean, comfortable perfect for a stay. It is also a short walk to Negombo lagoon which has sunset on the lagoon. Thank you for a lovely stay! Highly recommended 👍

    Perfect place to start/end your Sri Lanka trip. It is only a 15 minute drive from the airport. The room is huge, well equipped, bed is very comfortable. The owner is very kind and helpful, he packed us takeaway breakfast which was perfect before our early flight. The place is only 3 minute away from Negombo Lagoon, perfect to watch the sunset, and 5 minutes from a big supermarket where you can find everything :)
