The rave reviews are correct. We enjoyed our stay over the New Year’s holiday. Breakfasts are lovely, chicken tagine dinner outstanding. Greatly enjoyed the riad’s very own hammam experience. Staff are very helpful.

I was thrilled with my stay at Amira. I arrived in the evening and was greeted with delicious mint tea during check-in with Ibrahim. He was so hospitable and sat down with me to circle spots on the map of Fez that would be of interest during my stay. The riad was gorgeous and the food was yummy. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Everything great. I extended my stay twice because I feel at home. The Riad is really beautiful and clean. The suite number 2 is huge and exquisite. The staff is exceptionally caring and very professional. I watched Mustafa, Meryeme, and Kenza go out of their way to cater to all the guests. I am still here because I love it.

    Nothing of interest in the square, but a close taxi stand to the Medina and on the way to the Batha Museum (currently closed) and the Jnan Sbil gardens -- the Central Park of Fes and an essential place to cool off on hot days and when exploring to/from all parts of the city.

    Be careful with local guides who will not leave you until...

    Be careful with local guides who will not leave you until they sell you a guided tour for 10€ (as they say originally) but you will end up paying 50-70€ for a sloppy guide tour. In addition, they or their friend will probably rob you. All the above information is from my friend’s experience and a warning from our hotel staff.

    Great location. Fabulous air conditioning. Amazing staff. I had a flight at 6:00 am and overslept. Staff woke me up and made sure that I did not miss my plane. Of all of the places that I have stayed in Fes for early flights-this was the first place to give me “breakfast to go”. Great touch. The location is perfect - just outside the Medina - close to Batha square. Seamless in-and-out. Thank you.

    Riad looks amazing - all those green and white tiles and then the lobby in marble... it's simply breathtaking. Location was perfect, just a short walk to Medina. Breakfast was pretty good as well, mostly sweet, but that's what you need early in the morning. :) Coffee and tea were served too. Oh yeah, I mustn't forget to mention the staff, the guys were really helpful too (picked us up on Batha square, told us where to print stuff...).
