Room was absolutely beautiful- lots of exposed brick, wood, tasteful furnishings, lots of windows, and a cute screened off private patio- I wish my apartment was that nice! Separate sleeping and living area was nice to have. Spiral staircase is very charming, although something to be aware of if you have mobility challenges. Completely quiet at night (Some noise during the day from the courtyard restaurant and neighboring building, but you are in a city of 21 million people, so...). Beautiful, green neighborhood, close to lots of things to do and a 15 minute walk from a gym. Staff very helpful and friendly and responsive to communications. I was very happy with the price. Would 100% stay here again.
