The staff, the room, the facilities, the location. Everything, even the breakfast was good for me. Don’t understand how people can complain about those scramble eggs they were delicious.

Everything at the hotel was beyond my expectations, the room was clean and big and above all the staff was so attending, polite and service minded. The staff at EQ is the best staff we have experienced ever at any hotel and we have traveled a lot. We had a room with the view to the Petrona towers, this was the best experience we had staying at a hotel. The choice at the breakfast were so many that will cover anybody’s taste. EQ is Highly recommended, the best 5 star hotel.

Fantastic trip to the Batu Caves.

Fantastic trip to the Batu Caves. Be careful of the monkeys and wear sensible shoes as the steps are slippery and also the caves have a mineral water content that can be also dangerous on your feet: I slipped over! I can take approximately 20/30-minutes to climb the up to 300-steps..

Read up before going - there is no information about anything- except that in 2007 the cardigan statue was erected. Also, grab and taxis need to directed down this alley which takes ages to clear. The caves have been there for millions of years - the human stuff alot lot lot lot less!

Interesting place, lots to see, plenty of walking. Recommend getting a taxi there to give flexibility on how long you stay. To go in the temple, shoulders and knees shoukd be covered; but if you forget to take a scarf you can buy one at the shop outside the temple.

The Batu Cave is cool to see.

The Batu Cave is cool to see. However, I went there the day after the festival so there was a lot of trash left around and in the cave. That was disappointing to see and there was a bit of smell because of the heat and trash. It's interesting that they want people to cover up and respect the culture but they left trash everywhere.

The caves are damp and wet, so not the best.

The caves are damp and wet, so not the best. Bathrooms are far from the main entrance of the caves. The area is not well maintained. Inside the cave they are fixing leaks. The community and government could do a lot more. The fun - is running up the stairs, however the steps are narrow, so if you are not fit, best to skip.

The pool view is amazing but the water is very cold. The room was nice and quiet. It's next to a shopping mall. Also, you can get to the metro only walking around 10 minutes. It is easy to reach the city center and Batu caves by metro.

Good location, we love to walk so could reach the main attractions like the P Towers in about half an hour. Very clean and helpful staff. Nice pool for a dip after a long sweaty day. Lots of restaurants near by. Shopping malls everywhere, very high end near the hotel. But never far from one anywhere in the main district. Only stayed 2 days but did early morning trip to Batu Caves which was a highlight.
