Great service from staff. Staff was very welcoming and gave detailed attention. Requested for connecting rooms and reservations were made for us. Great atmosphere can be expected from HR. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of Malaysian breakfasts .Lovely place for kids as they has HR mascot interacting with kids during breakfast. Rooms were super clean and well arranged. Beds were very comfortable.

Service was excellent. "service with a smile" "glad I could help" attitudes from every staff we met. Right from the beginning when we checked in. Then at the restaurants. With housekeeping. I specially like to commend on the Assistant Front Desk Manager KAI. I had expressed my concern of our place of pick up for our return coach trip to Singapore. The Bus company had specified at the lobby but then on arrival we were dropped just outside the hotel. No big deal we just walked a few meters. But on day of return I didn't want to be left behind just because I had waited at wrong spot. By that same afternoon KAI had on her own initiative had called the coach company to confirm point of pick up. I was really impressed when she called me personally to relay this info. KUDOS to KAI To Lawrence, the Manager, KAI is a keeper. She is an asset to your hotel. Beach is cleaned by a zamboni !
