The hotel is very elegant and centrally located. It was possible just to walk to most of the sights in George Town. Our room was very comfortable and really spacious. There was a big variety of different dishes at breakfast and everything was delicious.

Best leg of our trip. The hotel is simply gorgeous. It has the loveliest historic architecture and feel despite which they have ensure modern facilities like good air conditioning, hot water, etc. My favourite part of the hotel is the library / study on the mezzanine floor. Breakfast and food in the hotel was delicious. The staff is really friendly and welcoming, took time to explain all the sightings and road maps to us.

The Edison George Town is set in a restored colonial mansion with contemporary decor. The stylish guest rooms are furnished with a sofa and guests enjoy complimentary turn down service.
