Everything since our arrival was short of perfect, from the service during check-in to the buggy service from the room when checking-out. Our villa was beautiful, absolutely spotless and clean. Love the welcome slide on our tv and the chocolate truffles / pralines on the table when we entered our villa, the spacious bathroom, the (overly) smart toilet seat etc. The overall vibe of the villa made us feel like we were in a resort overseas.

The reception was really accommodating. Actually I booked two rooms, suites balcony at Sunway Pyramid & was very disappointed cos it looked so dirty & run down. We already checked in but luckily we were able to move by topping up the balance. My family really enjoyed the stay especially my goddaughter who enjoyed the pool playground. We definitely will come back again. Thank you.

I was on 2 weeks of Business travel and the hotel located in perfect location which access super markets , LRT in minutes of walk. The room was spotless and staff is really friendly and welcoming. I reached the hotel approx. 2 am and they arranged my meal as well The price was reasonable for 5 star hotel facility. Try weekend all you can eat :)
