Our hotel stay was exceptional, especially in terms of the warm welcome we received. We arrived early in the morning and were granted an early check-in, which allowed our tired kids to rest before we began our day. The staff were incredibly kind and made every effort to ensure our stay was memorable. The hotel also offered extra amenities and was conveniently located near the water park and shopping malls. We would definitely return!

My stay at the Hilton Petaling Jaya was wonderful! The food and breakfast buffet were absolutely delicious. Everything was spotless — even the lobby smelled amazing (I had to ask what the scent was!). Most of all, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I especially loved the little motivational notes that came with my takeaway coffee each morning — such a thoughtful touch!
