The staff - friendly and helpful. The view from our room of the Auckland waterfront was jaw-dropping. The sommelier in the bar was really helpful in making sure we got a wine that was exactly to our tastes. We were happy to find it was a short stroll to the Australian Maritime museum.

We just landed in Auckland after a long trip and got to the hotel early but we got our room! That was great from the staff, they are very helpful! The rooms are nice, clean with great view of the city! Location is just perfect for everything! The breakfast was fantastic!

Everything! Is all starts of the location and the lovely neighborhood. So close to the marine that you can feel the ocean breeze. All the retro decor in the room were really beautiful and gives us this comfy atmosphere. Full of big windows, that let lots of Sun come in. The bed is extremely comfortable, make you sleep like in heavens. All the staff very kind and ready to assist you with whatever you need. Just loved my stay that I’ve extended some more nights.

Excellent location for shopping and dining. We had a basic twin room and a king suite. Both rooms were nice and clean. The king suite was quite big and we appreciated having the kitchen to use for our breakfasts (they provided coffee with a coffee press/kettle, tea and milk). It had a full sized dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer as well. They do provide parking, but valet only at $45/night. There are parking garages next to the hotel which likely may have had a better price. They also have a filtered water machine in the lobby, which I appreciated for refilling my water bottle.

In a prime location in the Britomart district of Auckland, Imagine Beach Road is located 1 km from Auckland Art Gallery, 1.1 km from The Civic and 1.3 km from SKYCITY Auckland Convention Centre.

The room was excellent, lovely and clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent position only 5 minutes walk to the Marina and close to restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend.
