Room was quite bed was comfy .nice and close to city . Loved the spa and pool. Buffet breakfast was yummy. Would definitely stay again.

The attitude and behaviour of the staff specially Vivian was commendable. She was very helpful and cooperative. Advised us on tidbits and gave us wonderful tips so that our one night two days stay in Rotorua was memorable. The hotel was superb and the ambience, location was fabulous with lots of eating places nearby including the outstation bus terminal. The whole team of the staff of this hotel deserves special mention.
