Coffee, tea, milk supply were always replenished. The staff were pleasant, helpful and always accommodating. The hotel is near the groceries, shops, mall and restaurants. It is walking to distance to a lot of facilities like the University of Canterbury, Countdown and the lot of eateries. There was a bus stop right outside the motel which was convenient if you needed to go sightseeing in the city and other places. Double-glazed windows kept out most of the noise from the busy Riccarton Road. The staff were friendly and attentive. The shower was fantastic—a key feature for me! Heating was sufficient, and the electric blankets were a bonus.
