The staff was attentive and kind. The hotel was clean and modern. We were very comfortable there and recommend it! The grocery is across the street which was also helpful.

FANTASTIC location right down the road from Te Puia. My dinner was scrumptious, and breakfast was excellent too. The hotel has gated off the road parking with easy access. The hotel is very pretty with one of the best steaks that I have ever had. The staff/team were lovely, the bed was great, and I would definitely go back. Try to do the night tour and buffet at Te Puia IT IS FANTASTIC and the food is unbelievably good!

An amazing place just on the edge of Rotorua where you can...

An amazing place just on the edge of Rotorua where you can see geothermal features with surreal steamy landscapes, boiling water pools, bubbling mud pools and geyzers blowing spouts of water. It's well worth going on a guided tour to hear the history of the village and to gain an appreciation of how the residents have taken advantage of the unlimited and freely available hot water in their daily lives.

The Thermal Reserve was very interesting and unique.

The Thermal Reserve was very interesting and unique. Sadly, the reception we received before entering through the main gate into the reserve was very disappointing. It left us a little shocked by the way we were treated.
