I have stayed in luxus Grand hotel and i loved to stay there the staff was great and helpful specially nosheen she was very helpful and cute she is honest to work the staff was very slow in service But nosheen whenever i ask for help she help fast i hope that service get better in future and nosheen was gem of the hotel i say this because i think who work good so i should give compliment to that person

    Went inside to use the food court and it was dirty.

    Went inside to use the food court and it was dirty. When I went to use the bathroom it had no toilet paper and the floor was dirty . What a big disappointment , will never again use this mall. I was in one of the fast food outlet in the food court and was saying how unkept this mall is compared to other malls in Lahore. He informed us that the manager is sitting there yous can speak to him. My husband approached the manager who was sitting there with a group friends as he was a guest! My husband told him off that he was not doing his job and a lot of people from overseas coming and leaving a bad impression . My tip would be to avoid the mall but the shops outside are good!
