Very clean, modern, bright. exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. good wifi, very substantial breakfast. Location just near old town is fantastic, with enormous shopping centre across the square. hotel is conveniently next to the main train station, but there is no noise inside the rooms - amazing. Easy to arrive here from airport, by train or taxi. We also organised tours through the hotel and can highly recommend their suggestions for an all-day tour to Auschwitz as well as the 1.5 hour tour of Krakow by electric golf cart.

I was given a free room upgrade so that's really great. Location is great if you're arriving and departing by train. On my first morning, i had to leave before breakfast time and they were able to prepare a takeaway breakfast for me, which was quite a lot. It lasted me until lunch. When I finally had the chance to have breakfast at the hotel, initially I thought the offering was so so, but turns out they have some breakfast items that are made to order and that was great. Do try that out.

The 5-star Hotel Polski is located just opposite the St. Florian’s Gate, 4 minutes’ walk from the Main Market Square. It offers spacious rooms and luxury suites with free WiFi.

This is my 2nd time in this hotel and I thought I could not have a better experience than my first time! I was wrong. This hotel is spectacular. The staff is out of this world when it comes to courtesy and true delight of the guests. The location can't be better. The rooms are breath taking. Lunch/dinner at their restaurant is mouth watering (tartar and pierogi are splendid). I really can't recommend the hotel enough and I can't give enough praise to the wonderful people who checked us in, gave us a wonderful room, helped us with the transportation to where we want to go and just went above and beyond. Thank you thank you. You're a wonderful image not only to your hotel but your country.
