Friendly staff who spoke good english. Room was very clean and nice, and it was cleaned every day. Breakfast was excellent, a lot of choice and delicious food. We left before breakfast twice and both times we got a to-go bag, which was filled with plenty of different breakfast food. We also went to saunas but they were a little bit small, with only 2 different saunas and a few chairs to relax.

Staff was very kind and friendly i'd like to thank all of them. Hotel's location is perfect. It is next to the main station thats why it is very easy getting to centre from airport. But there is some noise because of trains.( Somehow the train noise did not bother us much.) Hotel is quite clean. If I go to Krakow again, I will stay here.
