Beautiful room. We really enjoyed our stay here and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant served meals of a very high standard. Set in lovely surroundings we highly recommend this hotel.

I highly recommend Hotel Atrium Krakow! I wanted to surprise my parents with a special romantic room, and Paulina did an amazing job. The room was decorated with hearts, balloons, something to eat and a bottle of bubbles. My parents were blown away! We were travelling as a family. The hotel is very cozy and very close to Krakow Old City. The staff was very kind, polite and helpful, they even left a champagne in the room for New Year's Eve. The room was clean and warm. We had breakfast at the hotel only once, but it was very nice.
