Everything about my stay was great! From the friendly front desk staff to the room itself! As soon as we walked in, the air was on, and the room smelled good and clean. The bathrooms and living area were spacious, and the rooms didn’t feel cramped. There was plenty of room to move around, as well as a huge balcony that would provide a nice view of Lisbon. Breakfast was also incredible and delicious, thanks to all the staff, including their manager who sent us a welcome letter along with Lisbon sweets. Thanks for maintaining such a great hotel.” I will come back again

We return to very few hotels but this is one that we cannot wait to get back to. The location is perfect for wandering around the delights of Lisbon. The kiosk is perfect for coffee or cocktails and a chat. The room was comfortable and quiet ... make sure to get a garden view. The breakfast room was light, and tastefully decorated, with a well presented buffet. The staff were excellent and engaging. We had a lovely stay.

I loved the old world ambience, the friendly and helpful staff, all day free coffee/tea/port. This is truly an exceptional hotel. The facilities were excellent and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is also in a great location, with cafes, restaurants and laundry near by
