the tour - didn’t know the hotel was sitting on the original wall surrounding the city! Little details like a hair straightener in the room; snacks at the entrance; curtains to hide the luggage, the little tile to put the soap on, … Staff - always polite, smiling and helpful esp. when our trains were canceled and had to find a bus to Porto
