I loved the ginger shots and mini kiwi and mango smoothies. The staff were super helpful and courteous. The bed was very comfortable; better than my home bed. So, practical for low-budget visits of Uppsala University. Other then that, it's a classical Swedish experience, where human contact is not considered important. Staff is completely absent from the hotel, but if needed, they are available by telephone.
