This is a really nice place to stay in Uppsala city. The building is a traditional, high ceiling house with very nice rooms. The breakfast is superb and staff are very helpful and friendly. One of my three favorite places to stay in Uppsala.

Excellent location, very friendly staff, nice and exceptionally clean room. Despite being the inner room, it still had some natural sunlight, and it was very quiet in the evenings and nights. The breakfast was awesome, not a million choices but sufficient, and the food was of very high quality. It had a very convenient (paid) parking option available with entrance to the hotel from the parking garage. Free coffee and a nice lounge near the entrance with options to buy snacks. Also, a grocery store is in the same building.

The hotel was centrally located which meant easy access to the city. The inside was all new! It felt like i was the first guest given how everything looked.

The location is super great, it is basically sit next to the Uppsala Centrum, less than 5 mins walk. The room is spacious. The breakfast is great. The bed is comfy. And I requested a baby crib, and it is set up when I checked-in, great! Overall, very good experience!!

    The breakfast buffet was excellent with many many healthy choice. I loved the ginger shots and mini kiwi and mango smoothies. The staff were super helpful and courteous. The bed was very comfortable; better than my home bed. I could easily walk to the Uppsala University where the conference was held. Greater restaurants and many stores nearby. Train station is in walking distance.

    The hotel is located in a quiet area close to the University and close to the city center. So, practical for low-budget visits of Uppsala University. Other then that, it's a classical Swedish experience, where human contact is not considered important. Staff is completely absent from the hotel, but if needed, they are available by telephone. It's perhaps fine for somebody who is used to it, but can be a bit awkward for guests from different cultures.
