From the outside, the hotel might not make the most striking impression – but step inside, and you’re greeted by absolutely stunning interior architecture. The lush greenery, soaring atrium, and warm lighting immediately set a welcoming tone. The pool is beautiful, especially at night – a peaceful oasis high above the city. The hotel’s dining options are excellent. Both the Asian restaurant and the steakhouse offer top-notch food and a great atmosphere. I also spent some time at the spa and was really impressed with the quality and variety of treatments available – it’s a lovely place to unwind and recharge. The location is another big plus: very well connected by MRT and within walking distance of many of Singapore’s key sights and attractions. It’s super convenient whether you're exploring Marina Bay, going shopping, or heading out for dinner. But what truly stood out for me was the hotel bar. As a solo traveler, I really cherished ending my evenings with a drink or two there. The cocktails were expertly prepared – but even more special was the warm and genuine hospitality I received from the team. Adam, Min, Fifi, and Omar (as well as a few other kind staff members whose names I sadly didn’t catch) made me feel welcome and looked after every single night. Their kindness, sincere interest in my well-being, and great energy turned a great trip into an unforgettable one. Thank you all so much – and warm greetings from Austria! Manuel

The rooms and the bathrooms were cozy , spacious , clean and had everthing you need. But they should change the hair dryer to a better one. The Fullerton team were all very helpful and attentive to all of our requests. The location is not so convenient if you go to Singapore to shop or eat as it is about 20 mins by taxi to anywhere. But I still like it and would definitely go back to stay .

    Great tech centre for bargains but be aware don’t get overwhelmed by all that tech you & forget what you’re there to purchase. You’d want to purchase the 1st thing you see, DON’T! Shop around the stores for that same item you’re interested in & you’d definitely get it at the price you’re willing to pay. And always, always bargain/ haggle, unless in a department store then it’s the price on the tag.

    I stayed here to attend the conference in Suntec city convention. The location was perfect. And the staffs(Belle, Divina, and Stella) were so kind and can easily be contacted through whatsapp. The room was compact but very comfy and has everything ready. I will definitely stay at Heritage Collection if I visit in the future.
