    Unorganized. The massage was ok.

    Unorganized. The massage was ok. Made same day massage appointments for 3 family members, 2 for one hour and 1 for 30 min , as that is all they had available. And asked to pay the use of pools after massages. However, 20 min into my massage ,my therapist was rudely interrupted by angry, confused staff asking who had the 30 min massage. After the massage we all had to go back to front desk to pay for the use of pools. Why couldn't we pay for this before the massage when we specifically asked to?
