Excellent service..great location....first class food

We have had the pleasure of staying at this hotel multiple times, and each visit has been a truly exceptional experience. Architecture and Functionality: The hotel boasts one of the best architectural designs we have encountered. It is both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional. The rooms are incredibly spacious and well laid out. Access throughout the property is seamless, and the lifts are very efficient. The breakfast room is particularly impressive, featuring a high ceiling that allows plenty of natural light to flood the space, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, it is free of any unpleasant odors, showcasing a well-thought-out concept. Breakfast: The breakfast offerings are extraordinary, with one of the most diverse selections we have seen globally. Guests can enjoy a wide variety of cuisines, including Indian, Arabic, Chinese, Thai, Japanese, and European styles, all prepared to an exceptionally high standard. The Chef is clearly highly skilled and well-selected, ensuring every dish meets the highest culinary expectations. Staff and Service: The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, providing top-notch service throughout the stay. Their attentiveness and professionalism make a lasting impression, ensuring guests feel valued and well-cared for. Cleanliness: The entire property is impeccably clean, maintaining a high standard of hygiene and comfort that enhances the overall experience. Gym Facilities: The gym, while not very large, is open 24 hours and equipped with practical, multifunctional gear that is well-maintained and in excellent condition. It provides all the essentials for a productive workout. Swimming Pool: The swimming pool is another highlight, with excellent sun exposure that allows guests to sunbathe comfortably from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Its length, close to 40 meters, makes it perfect for both sports activities and children’s enjoyment.

Staff so very friendly. Little extras if needed like toothbrush, toothpaste, coffee, little treats. The location was great, about 10-15 min walk to central world. Comfortable clean room with fridge, kettle and bathroom necessities.

We stayed in this marvellous property second time in last 4 months and no hesitation to say that it didn't disapoint us again . Start at reception Ms Chananan is exceptional at her work . We knew her since our last visit . She is very attentive , caring and keep records of minute details of each customer's requirements . Other staff at reception Ms Nidtakan was also helpful . Worth mentioning of team Red , particularly Ms Nattakarn , Ms Minthiya , Ms Cherry , Gents in Red Mr Fam , who were part of a dedicated , hard working , omni present and ever smiling team . Breakfast at Niche and Addison were mouth watering and upto perfection . Mr Krit , Ms Somporn , Ms kanoknan , Mr Thotsaporn were champion of Niche . Mr Farhan ,Guard , was well mannered and courteous. Nonetheless Worth mentioning Ms Peary at 1897 cigar lounge , who was dextrous at her job , knew requirements of clients and very dedicated to dispense it . Besides Great and amazing staff , prime location and quality of services are strength of this hotel . I definitely recommend this hotel , will surely come back and give them exceptional rating which they rightfully deserve .

Beds, not hard but soft type European, nice for my back and my vertebrae. Bath room very confortable, modern, circular cabin shower. Big room ; quiet, bright and clear.
