Easy straightforward arrival from the airport, extremely nice and welcoming staff, we got a family apartment that was very spacious and convenient with comfy beds. The hotel is charming, a family owned business I think. It’s a hidden location in the beginning of your stay but once you get the hang of it from the Grab drivers, you will realize that it’s the center of everything on a short trip - all the Siam malls, MBK, Platinum Mall, Central World and the Big C supermarket (well, without traffic 😂) The everyday free laundry service, it was a relief having this done the whole duration of our stay. And can request for iron / ironing board so you will be able to do the ironing should you wish. And the hotel staff, truly commendable! The sisters Poy and Piam, really went out of their way to help me surprise my daughter’s 20th birthday and their message is so sweet. As well Torn and Phoo in the Reception, amazing! They don’t speak English that much, but they understand with the help of small hand gestures and they get the job done all the time I asked for something, specially on the last day we had small need while doing our packing. Torn went out of his way to find masking tape for our box 🙏🏻

Customer experience is perfect from A to Z. My young kid received several time some gifts! The staff is so kind, from the reception, to the Rotunda bar to the swimming pool. It was already our second time. We'll be back for sure. Besides everything, the food was delicious!

If you are seeking 'fabulous fakes' this is your go to in Bangkok. A Mulberry bag will set you back the grand sum of €80 as will LV / Chanel sunglasses - incredible items at a fraction of the 'real' price! Malls are not my thing but we spent our last day in Bangkok with a flying visit to the MBK - my husband went to the barbers on the top floor - fab hair & beard cut. We both got leg and foot massages there. We ate French pastries and had Kebabs on the ground floor. I picked up a bag and a few pairs of sunglasses. We hit the electronics floor and picked up some 'Apple' items. Go armed with pictures of the things you are looking for.

Definitely exceeded my expectations. Special thanks to Simon (the bell boy) for all his help. I came to Bkk for the 5th time but first time solo, primarily to relax and shop. The swimming pool is really nice for relaxation, several massage options in the area even the property has it and open 24/7; the location is walking distance to MBK Center, Siam, even Pratunam and Central World. 7-11 and streetfoods (+ coconut juice in shell for 1 eur, that was also really nice) just outside the property. Highly recommended.
