very polite and helpful staff. super picturesque view from the apartment and of no words from the restaurant level. you enjoy view while having breakfast. and you can have all day free coffee on this level as well. staff was very nice to transfer me from another room before the official check-in time. that is great and very appreciated. location is perfect. there a lot of excellent cafes and restaurants nearby. you are in the middle of walk distance to Galata bridge, mosques, parks and other. I recommend to everyone. this was a great time for us in Istanbul. we’d like to stay more but there were no free rooms after our stay. hotel was totally booked. what is obvious. nice place to stay.

The design, layout, restaurant areas, cleanliness, style. All very well thought of and created a very elegant atmosphere. We stayed here with our parents. We thoroughly enjoyed our interactions with the staff who were positive, helpful, happy, attentive, and gone beyond what is expected of hotel crew. Our special thanks to Yakup (super helpful from start to finish), Samet (service with a smile and his positive energy was greatly appreciated!), Valeria (genuine interest and desire to make our stay a perfect one!), Volkan (again great help and positive experience, fantastic people skills!), Ibrahim (what a great restaurant service! incredibly attentive!) AND all others we haven’t mentioned. The staff was the perfect extension of a beautiful hotel. Thank you again.

Everything, the staff was so nice and we had literally 10 coffees st the reception complimentary and in breakfast they had a huge variety of foods and you could get yourself different types of omelettes made. The rooms were so nice and clean and the washrooms were also extremely neat there was also a laundry service. The beds were very comfortable. Best Hotel I have ever been to.

Smaller Bazar, but better prices than at the Grand Bazar.

Smaller Bazar, but better prices than at the Grand Bazar. Same rules apply, bargaining is the key. More diversified goods, some gold, lots of silver and lots of fake goods, but the good ones are also expensive, ranging from few hundreds to 1.000,00 €. Great furs, prices from 500€ and more.

Men here are very polite and they know service on a top level. First time I was here I was heartbroken and the Turkish men made me forget about my ex asap. You feel that the men takes care of you mentally and physically. I couldn’t carry heavy bags bc of my operation and was on heavy pills. They was really really caring! I found all I wanted and all I needed instantly. They’re not selfish at all, like many people now a days!

Crowded but accessible and so much fun! Don’t let the crowds put you off… the Turks are very friendly and easy going. So go with the flow and look for Turkish Delight made with honey in place of sugar ( travel tip).

Another place where you wonder at the quantity of the products. The variety in any one actual spice is way beyond my experience. Lucky if I have the spice in the pantry let alone 6 types for different purposes.
