The staff provided very good n professional service. In particular, Yunus and Abdurrahman from the front office. They served all our needs expeditiously and always have warm smiles to go along with it. They are definitely an asset to the organisation.

Variety of breakfast dishes. Salad menus are particularly rich. The location is so central. Rooms are super clean. We each stayed in a superior double room, so the rooms were comfortably spacious. All the staffs were nice, but Aziz was particularly kind and his advice was always sound.

The view from roof terrace on breakfast was spectacular. Staff very helpful especially Mr Bayram Gokhan Rooms are nice and there is everything needed for the stay. 5min walk from Blue Mosque and very close to Grand Bazar

Very nice hotel at a great location! Very close to all sightseeing. The noise from the trolley didn’t bother us at all!! The staff Segrazat and David were more than helpful and helped us organise daily cruises, reserve a taxi as well as propose us places to taste great food and of course deserts!! Definitely will get back!!

Exceptional Stay in the Heart of Istanbul We had an unforgettable 4-day stay at this hotel, located right in the heart of Istanbul’s old center, just steps away from the magnificent Sultanahmet Mosque. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were so gracious and even upgraded our room to a larger one with a beautiful view, which was such a lovely surprise! The hotel also arranged our airport transfers for approximately €90 round-trip, which made our arrival and departure seamless. The breakfast was absolutely amazing—plentiful, fresh, and full of delicious options that kept us energized for a day of exploring. Every morning, our bed linens were freshly changed, and the cleanliness and attention to detail were impeccable. To top it off, as a parting gift, we were surprised with a thoughtful arrangement of fresh fruits and a beautiful postcard with a kind message, which was such a sweet and personal touch. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. We truly felt at home here and cannot wait to return on our next trip. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!
