I look everything about this hotel ! I regretted that we only stayed for 1 night 😢. Should have stayed for more nights !! Starting from the free shuttle bus from Taichung HSR Station , the friendly and approachable staff ,the huge, modern and clean room overlooking the lake , the room onsen and the hotel onsen and sauna, the restaurant ( Shao Chinese restaurant - the hotel is so kind to provide my daughter the complimentary ‘longevity peach ‘ for desert for her birthday ) and the location which is literally only 2 mins walk to the Ita Shao shopping street where you can grab all sorts of food and things . We love this hotel so much that we are already booking another trip next year to stay for a few nights !

Outstanding service from the staff, they offered advice on how to get to different locations around Sun Moon Lake. They were quick to provide solutions when things arise and they notice fine details and provide solutions before we even ask. Would definitely visit again not only for the view but also the great accommodation and service

Small boutique hotel with spotlessly clean rooms. Stunning lakeside views from the balcony (and bathroom). Air-conditioning works perfectly. Complimentary goodie basket and minibar items each day. Centrally located in Ita Thao. We stayed in 6A on the top floor.

The bath was very beautiful and a great size, the room was an okay size for 4 adults, would be better for 2 adults and 2 kids I think, but overall a great place to stay, the staff members were very nice and kind, they allowed us to leave our luggages there before we checked in so we can go for a wonder on the streets, would love stay again if we get a chance.
