Very helpful and polite staff - they were all so happy and eager to help. Rooms were comfortable and well equipped, everything up to a 5 star standard. Delicious breakfast with a great variety of dishes. And best of all - I received a room upgrade! The hotel was very good. It was built in Japanese style, so it was clean, especially satisfying to relieve travel fatigue while taking a hot spring bath, and the breakfast was also very satisfactory.

The staff, Caroline and Amanda, helped us find good restaurants nearby. The airport pickup fare is reasonable. It was an enjoyable experience staying at the Dandy Hotel.
