I am regretted that I just booked for a night. i could stay for more days! like literally just stay in and use the facility. the spa facility - free onsen and sauna or even onsen in room are just perfect, the facility and equipment are all new! also location is just perfect and it situated right the ita tsao street. you can grab all the foods and shopping there in just 2 mins walk.

It was the best hotel having lots of food options. The breakfast buffet was the best. The lakeview was beautiful. i had wonderful time with my family. The staffs are not fluent in English but they are really kind and try to help me out on everything I asked.

First of all, staff were really helpful and friendly, I ask for borrowed an iron machines to my room and it was delivered in there when I back to my room after out for a walk. Room presentation was excellent, hot bathtub is just on the point!! Comfortable and good value of money

Great hostel in a good location staff were very nice and even arranged for something that we left behind to be sent on to another hotel that we are staying at on our trip. Staff will help you arrange bikes and other transport and trips around the lake. Highly recommend to stay here if you are coming to Sun Moon Lake.

Beautiful hostel - more like a hotel. Nice place to sit in the evening and good location to everything in sun moon lake. Great local recommendations from staff (including where to see fire flies!) and such a nice healthy breakfast. Can't fault this place

Staff were friendly, location was good near to old street and sun moon lake. A relatively clean and well maintained hotel but please do not expect resort style setting else you will be disappointed. Breakfast was decent, mixture of Taiwanese style and bread , cereal. Enjoy the peace and tranquility of sun moon lake after tourist goes off and early morning.. the feel is great and fresh

Beautiful hotel with tastefully designed rooms that offer spectacular views over sun moon lake. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. One of the best hotels during our trip to Taiwan and certainly the one with the most dramatic views. Location is great, close to the shuttle bus stop and only steps away from the pier. Strongly recommend for a relaxing visit to sun moon lake.

Location was good as the hotel was near Ita Thao shopping area - the main shopping area in Sun Moon Lake. The lady at the hotel reception was very helpful and patiently explained things to us even though our Chinese was not that great. It helps to know some basic Chinese when you visit Taiwan as restuarant menus, and a lot of signage is in Chinese. The boat ride on the lake was great!

A luxurious hotel in Sun Moon Lake. It is definitely an older building but it has modern furnishings inside. The breakfast buffet was decent but had limited options (Taiwanese or basic Western). It's attached to Shuishe Pier so you can walk out for a beautiful view of the sunrise/sunset.

Yuan Su B&B was one of the best accommodations that we had during our one-month journey by car throughout Taiwan. Our host was impeccable with attention to our needs and questions. She worked very hard to make sure that our stay at Sun Moon Lake was memorable. Moreover, the room was very comfortable, clean and quiet; each day, the breakfast was tasty and nutritious; and there was parking for our car at the rear of the building. We found Yuan Su B&B to be well located in Yuchi, close to restaurants and snack stalls.

Really enjoyed my stay in Sun Moon Lake. The room and the view in this hotel was really amazing. You have your own private balcony, and also a bathtub which is quite rare in Taïwan. The bed and the sheets were very comfortable. The owner was very nice and pick up me and my girlfriend to the bus station, with his car. He also helps u to bring us back to the bus station when we left. So I definitely recommend this hotel in Sun Moon Lake.

This hotel caters to locals only, so as a foreigner communications was somewhat harder. The area is quite touristy, a popular destination for the Taiwanese, but the hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk away from the town center on the North shore of Sun Moon Lake. It was a long weekend and many places were booked. The room on the 7th floor had a half view of the lake, which was very nice.
