Staff were amazing which reflects well on management👌 Hotel was clean and our room was kept spotless. Enjoyed the lobby bar…which included a complimentary spritz every afternoon…a good Italian restaurant on site too. Planning our next trip to NYC and Luma!

Nice hotel with family atmosphere. We felt really welcome, the staff tried to help us as they could. The service is exceptional- starting with small monkey for the kids (the preferred souvenir from new york for our kids), help with luggage, finding dinner, all The hotel doesn't serve breakfast but there is always coffee, tea and hot chocolate available It is very well placed on Little Italy / Chinatown, very nice market in the morning. Easy to get to the metro, many restaurants The rooms are big and nice, very clean.
