This stadium was amazing to see.
This stadium was amazing to see. As an Australian, I love seeing the American culture here. We watched a baseball game and were surprised to receive a free Dodgers hat upon arrival. It was exceptionally hot in June (their summer), but we were thankful for our free hats to keep the sun off our faces. If you go during summer like us, remember sunscreen! I cannot do justice to explain the atmosphere here! When the national anthem was sung, the patriotism was incredible, and honestly, it brought a tear to my eye to see people so passionate! The stadium had great facilities and several food and drink options (including alcohol). The food and drink price was a little excessive, however in my experience it is like this in most stadiums (in Australia). There is easy access to the beach, to the freeways and to the light rail system. We used the light rail to get to Dodger Stadium (Union Square) and to get to So Fi. The room was extremely comfortable. We both thought the bed was the best hotel bed we had ever slept in, seriously. The vaulted ceiling in the cottage made the room seem gigantic.
