    Breakfast was free , but very basic, powdered scrambled eggs, sausage paddies etc, free coffee all day in lobby. I picked the hotel because it was walking distance to the First Avenue club, as l was going there for a concert.

    Location. We were able to walk everywhere we had planned within the downtown core. Examples: university shoe tree, first avenue, target field, us bank stadium, target headquarters, structure park. We were next door to the Nicolette Diner, down the street from Brits Pub....and felt extremely safe at all times.

    Amazing location for First Avenue. Bit swamped by the crowds for the Target Center though. But noise wasn't an issue. Staff friendly and helpful.
