The shared bathrooms were kept clean. The location is perfect to visit the Santa Monica Pier and Venice Beach, the Hollywood sign is about a 50 minute drive. Our friends live nearby and we were able meet up and walk to dinner (lots of restaurants and shopping nearby). I also very much appreciated that they are dog friendly and DO NOT charge a pet fee. 9th floor mountain view room (927) had a beautiful view of the Hollywood hills, Griffith Observatory and the Hollywood sign.
