Boise was #49 of state capitols I have visited and I had imagined it didn’t warrant the 16 hour round trip drive….but…The capitol and the city were gorgeous. The people working in the capitol and in all the places we went were genuinely friendly and helpful. The entire area, a blend of old with new, was very alive and had a great vibe. Everything was very clean and felt safe and inviting. There were 7 in our group from the east coast and all agreed it was a place they couid live or send their children to college there.Guest review byAnonymous - 8.0

I always love checking out old architecture and it seems the capitol buildings always have that. I did not tour the capital as I have bad knees and just could not do the walking. I enjoyed checking out the stautes and markers outside the building as well.Guest review bySherryUnited States - 10.0
Boise is a great town with pleasant people.
Boise is a great town with pleasant people. Have to admit it is a get off plane, get rental car and hotel, same with return. Great town but the Idaho Wilderness is what brings me back year after year.Guest review byJamesUnited States
