Exceptional hotel - felt like a real home away from home Design of the hotel is stunning - attention to detail is outstanding - it is immediately clean and beds are so comfortable The staff are excellent- especially Jerry who was an absolute joy she was so welcoming and helpful recommending a fabulous Mexican restaurant close to the hotel - Thank you Jerry ! If there was such a thing as 10 star rating, I would give Omni Dallas this score! Restaurants, shopping, location, facilities are amazing. Everything is within walking distance. I would definitely visit again from Scotland, UK.

Gorgeous hotel with massive rooms. NY loft style rooms… very cool. Stunning roof top pool with amazing sunset. Staff were amazing and restaurant food was fantastic. A bit far from everything for tourists ie AT&T stadium etc but great for downtown location.

Check in was brilliant, really helpful, accomodating and very friendly. Offered great information and keen to ensure we had everything we needed. Great social space downstairs that works really well. Room spacious and very comfortable. Well thought out design everywhere. A fantastic hotel and a fantastic experience due to well thought out design and a great team.
