Hotels near Kessler Theater, Dallas

This hotel has met and exceeded my expectations. The location was great for downtown events such as ours. The staff was the best I've ever encountered. We will definitely stay here again.

I was in a hurry to check in and the parking attendants advised using Self Parking instead of Valet. Saved a lot of time and parking in the garage was close to the elevators to the Lobby. Front Desk clerk was welcoming and efficient doing my check in. Explained that my family member canceled plans to travel with me, so I was offered a King room from the 2 Queens I booked. The room was on the 20th floor, all the way down the hall far from the elevators, adjacent to a suite, with a beautiful view of downtown Dallas, not the freeway side. Room was immaculate. Bathroom spotless. Bed so comfortable. TV in the bathroom on the mirror so I watched English Premier League soccer uninterrupted from the living room while in the shower. Comfortable sitting chair in the room. Housekeeping was marvelous, polite. Allowed me to check out at noon instead of 11am. A kind porter delivered a luggage cart to my room upon leaving and walked me to my car.

The hotel and rooms were super cute/unique and spacious. The pool was beautiful. The property was a 15 minute walk to the shops and bars on Bishop and a close drive to other attractions like the Farmer’s Market and the Sixth Floor Museum. The hotel staff were not on site but the instructions for accessing the hotel were very clear, and while the staff were available to answer questions, I did not have a need to reach out during my stay. The hotel is in a safe area and parking is easy/private.

Great place to stay in Downtown. Big and clean rooms. Very comfortable beds. Staff were very thoughtful. Large public parking available next to the hotel.
