Staff was always kind and willing to help. Room was big and noise proof. Amazing location in the loop, close to everything that's beautiful and useful in Chicago. They offer a great coffee machine 24/7 and some tasty popcorn everything afternoon. Loved this perk so much!

What a great location. The staff are amazing and make your stay exceptional. The attached restaurant 'Atwood' is really nice with awesome food & Service. We had an early flight in and they were able to give us an early check in. Once we checked out they stored our bags so that we could do more sight seeing. Fanastic hotel would absolutely stay there again next time in Chicago!

    Lots to do while there, not just standing and looking at water and buildings. Be prepared for fun for children and adults. Amusement rides, museum along with plenty of eats and relax with beverages to music in The Gardens

    Navy pier is very nice they have a lot to offer I love the Ferris wheel Comfortable shoes would be a plus there’s a lot of walking They are boat Rides trips and tours lots of things to do for adults as well as children’s restaurants Fudge stores

    I loved this place.

    I loved this place. You can go for a boat tour, parks, food, fun, beach is right away. Everything in one place. Great environment for family, solo travelers, couples. It’s a must do for sure in Chicago.

    Before covid Chicago was an amazing place to be; so much to see, do and eat. Soooo much history and the 19th century architecture is beyond beautiful. Hopefully some day I will be able to walk Michigan Ave, Navy Pier and all the amazing old neighborhoods again without the mask police around. :-)
