Excellent location. Great access to the beach second row so you avoid the noise of the first row and yet get the same access to the beach. Great access to high end shopping and dining. Reception staff were very pleasant to deal with and always tried to be helpful.

Absolutely favorite in Downtown Miami! I love digital check in - out. Very comfortable room. Love design of hotel, corridors, room. So comfortable to manage your room by room iPad. I enjoyed shower light change, so cool. Staff is amazing too. Roof pool is so cozy. View in the night is just stunning. Bar staff is so friendly and I coctails were so delicious. Gym is very good and beautiful view.

getting from port to airport is easy if you use the rail...

getting from port to airport is easy if you use the rail system and get the correct train running the correct direction.There is a service at the port which take one to a shuttle which take you to the start of the rail. Ask questions and for $2.25 you get to airport. Takes 2+hours from port to airport

We stayed overnight before a cruise so didn't really do much other than eat dinner and sleep. The port was okay and we appreciated the good organization and service by cruise ship companies who made port to airport transfers easy as well as the processing of cruise passengers during onboarding and offboarding. Would like to see more quality hotels that are budget friendly for those only in Miami for cruises though.

One of the easiest cruise ports to navigate.

One of the easiest cruise ports to navigate. Always easy to unload, find parking, and board the ship. Parking rates are reasonable. Entry and exit is easy. Stay near the port and enjoy Bayside Market before or after your cruise.

The location was great in reference to the Port of Miami & central to the downtown Miami area. Lots of family friendly activities within a short distance & free transportation (Freebee) to these events right outside the Comfort Inn door. The Frost Science Museum & Aquarium with lots of hands on activities for the kids. Bayside ( a consortium of shops, food, trinkets, restaurants, souvenirs) is an excellent place food a reasonable meal.
