We spent 3 nights here and it was very positive. Staff moved us to another room when I complained about crying baby and toddler in room above. Upgraded to a suite. Great hot breakfast with staff available to help out-dont forget to tip them. Staff from Monterey Fire Dept staying on site in case of local flood. Also was able to.walk to many restaurant options... nearby Thai restaurant great!

Nice location. Excellent crew. Confortable and cozy room. At the afternoon they served wines and cheese. Everybody enjoyed it. Breakfast is the typical continental american breakfast. Nice be, nice shower and ammenities.

    Terrible customer service!

    Terrible customer service! Came down with Covid the day before our stay. The hotel repwould not work with me. Looks like they are going to take my money. The person I spoke with was rude and showed zero compassion to our situation and never once asked if I was ok…At the very least a rain check could’ve been offered as we will be coming to Monterey several times a year for the next 3 years as our child goes to school there.
