For a 1st timer going here was difficult.
For a 1st timer going here was difficult. It would be helpful that the facility had maps at each location cause the water park is massive. It would also be helpful if your front personnel would tell you how and where to rent lockers and towels. My family and I walked around looking for the rides we wanted to ride and find towels to rent and ended up riding 1 slide cause all the other ones were to capacity or had to long of a wait time. Your taboo taboo helps some what. W you spend most of your time walking the property or in the wave pool or lazy river. The apartment perfectly suites a family of 4 incl. 2 kids. It was a nice surprise to find a second bathroom in the kids room. The kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable, towels are very clean. There is a small balcony with a fantastic view to the Volcano Bay (especially at dark time) and the lake.
