Very nice place. Recovering from the ravages of COVID - some places are still not open or redeveloping. With the invasion of Ukraine 🇺🇦 by Russia 🇷🇺 - as a Canadian, whose people and government support Ukraine - the largest population of Ukrainians outside Ukraine is Canada 🇨🇦 - I found it difficult to be around so many Russians who were on vacation and enjoying themselves in Nha Trang while their military and government was raining down bombs on the civilian population of Ukraine 🇺🇦. Great place to visit, just the amount of plastic and cigarette butts along the beaches! And the rudeness of the motorcycle riders riding the wrong way on the streets and footpaths. The city is vibrant, with great culture, people, sightseeing places, food, prices. Unfortunately, Nha Trang is packed with russians, they are rude, aggressive, scandalous. Travel Hint: There was a great local cheap veggie restaurant just round the corner that we ate dinner and breakfast (open 8-22) as hotel wanted 150k each for brekki!
