My friends had recommended it and I was not disappointed either! The staff is extremely caring, always willing to help with a smile on their faces. The location is excellent, around so many nice restaurants / things to see, right in the center of the old quarter. The room was spacious, the window is very small so I wouldn’t bother about it. The view from the breakfast restaurant is wonderful though, and the breakfast itself is very good.

The staff was amazing, so helpful and considerate. We actually arrived 6/7 hours before the check in time but they allowed us to check in much sooner once a room was available and we were so grateful for that. Location was also perfect, very central and close to all the making tourist spots as well as fantastic local eateries. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely book it again if I ever go back to Hanoi.
