The location is amazing and not too loud at night, which is amazing for hanoi. The staff are absolutely brilliant, super helpful and friendly, they went out of their way to post something i needed posting on the day we left. They kept me updated until it arrived in Austria. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were warm and friendly and extended all courtesies to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. The hotel is near to the local market made it possible for us to explore. The lobby is extremely adorable to take the photos. Breakfast is great with many options. Personnel was extraordinary. Vivien and Ruby made us feel like we stay in our own home. Their smiling faces and very useful assistance made the life easier and colorful. After checkout we left the baggage till the departure time ant Vivien offered the room available for having shower for free. It was amassing.Anytime I visit Hanoi I’ll stay in Omina so will my friends do, thanks to Vivien.

    The location is excellent. It's in the heart of the city centre making it very convenient to reach most tourist attractions. The Night Market is just two minutes walking distance and Dong Xuan Market is a 7 minute walk away. Plenty of small restaurants around the hotel offering a variety of food as well as many street food stalls. The Front Office staff (Stewie and Mint) are very friendly and ready to help. The room and washroom were very clean and well maintained. A great place to stay!!

    The Sono hotel is in a great location. I can walk to everywhere, just 5 minute walk to egg café, dong xuan market, bun cha,.. Staff at the hotel were super good and friendly. I forgot my shirt at the hotel and they kept it there for me till I return. They also booked the day tour to ninh binh and halong bay for us. The tour was very nice: good food, friendly tour guide, small group.
