Every single staff member was polite, friendly and very helpful. From the welcome on arrival with all the detailed information about the hotel to the activities in Hoi An. The location is excellent and all activities can be done on foot. The hotel rents bicycles, so we had the opportunity to see activities in the vicinity and further afield. We also used massages and it was wonderful relaxation. Breakfast was fantastic. Since I'm writing a review only after returning home and we stayed in 10 hotels in Vietnam, in our opinion this was the best hotel we've visited, and that's mainly thanks to the staff, who do to their guests "what they see in their eyes". and that is the highest value for us.
