This palace is absolutely stunning. We were welcomed by the staff and Nancy really nicely. The accomodations rules, information and recommandations were really clear and helpful. The room was big, clean and confortable. The bathtub is a really nice addition to the room and can easily fit two people. I would recommend this place without hesitation. 10/10

First class hotel! The rooms were very nice and clean, and the water pressure was the best we've had in Vietnam:) and the personnel were so helpful and nice to the guest! We checked out in the morning, but our bus was late so we didn't have a place for our luggage, but the hotel let us keep our luggage and even let us stay and use the pool area, so nice!

I had a stay here. The hotel has a beautiful location, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff is extremely cute and ready to assist customers. It's worth it, I will come back to this place when I have the opportunity.
