I am very pleased by staying at this hotel. The staff especially receptionist Minhh Lee was very helpful and friendly. She is an amazing person and a personality with a gorgeous smile on her face. They helped us and gave a lot of useful recommendations for visiting hotspots in Hanoi. Highly recommend the hotel. Thank you for everything.

The location is perfect. In the very center, but not on the main street, which meant it was quite quiet. Breakfast was very good and varied. The best thing about this hotel is the service, which met all expectations and even exceeded them - especially Jen (thanks for the surprise for my children - they will definitely remember it for the rest of their lives) :)

This is an elegant building to see in passing but not worth making a special journey to unless you intend watching a performance there. There are equally elegant if smaller buildings especially in the French Quarter to see of all ages and degrees of shabbiness. Remember when walking around the old quarter of Hanoi to look up as you are avoiding getting run over, to see the real Hanoi above the street level and marvel at the styles, building hot-potch and evidence of former if unregulated buildings and wonder how they manage to stay up.
