Hotel position is in the center of a crowded capital city, so it is quite easy to go anywhere. The staff is genuinely nice, they serve hot tea with cinnamon flavor while waiting for the room and I love that. Facilities are all new & sophisticated. Breakfast buffet was beyond my expectation, they serve a lot of good local food, and you can have breakfast while viewing the whole city from the 13th floor. Don't forget to check out the top bar. It's suitable for chilling at night with friendly staff and good drinks. Pity that I didn't have a chance to try the spa.

Very kind and helpful staff, especially big thanks to Bryan! They kindly helped us with everything: tour to Ha Long Bay, transfer from and to airport, restaurant recommendations and so on. The room was clean and spacious. Also the breakfast! It was soooo delicious!

Lovely service and great communication with staff. The rooms are clean, stylish and comfortable. Proper A/C across the entire building. Showers are superb, with great water pressure & temperature control, which I hadn't encountered at all at my other 4 accommodations in northern Vietnam. Breakfast buffet is also one of the better ones I've had on my 10-day trip. The hotel is situated at the end of a corridor of colorful murals between buildings, so it's nicely tucked away from the street noises.

Lily and her crews were very helpful, attentive to our needs. Whenever we had a request, they did their best to fulfil them and always made sure we got what we needed. Also, they provided guidances in terms of where to explore around Hanoi. We really felt well taken care of! Thanks Lily and the team at Hanoi E Central Hotel for everything :)

This is an elegant building to see in passing but not worth making a special journey to unless you intend watching a performance there. There are equally elegant if smaller buildings especially in the French Quarter to see of all ages and degrees of shabbiness. Remember when walking around the old quarter of Hanoi to look up as you are avoiding getting run over, to see the real Hanoi above the street level and marvel at the styles, building hot-potch and evidence of former if unregulated buildings and wonder how they manage to stay up.
